Refund Policy

If a payment is made in error, duplicated, or processed in the wrong amount, contact us at info@bufferloan.com. Verified erroneous payments are refunded to the original payment method within ten (10) business days, and sooner where our processor allows. Refunds of electronic transfers are handled consistent with Regulation E.

Subscription fees cover the current billing period and are not refundable once the period has begun, except for billing errors, which are corrected or refunded promptly.
